ProLayers Founder and CEO Harry Rahman to Speak at NAESCO’s R3 Conference in San Antonio

HOUSTON, TX — October 20, 2026 — Harry Rahman, Founder and CEO of ProLayers, will be part of a panel at the National Association of Energy Service Companies (NAESCO) 2026 R3 Conference and Innovation Expo, taking place November 17–19 at the Grand Hyatt San Antonio River Walk.

With over 26 years of experience developing and commercializing energy-efficient window film products, Rahman will participate in the November 17 panel, “Less Common ESCO Energy Conservation Measures: How to Prioritize Their Inclusion in Projects.”

Rahman will discuss how architectural window films can improve building energy efficiency, reduce cooling loads, and enhance safety and security without the cost and disruption of window replacement.

“Window film is an important part of the building envelope, addressing one of its weakest points from both an energy efficiency and safety and security perspective,” said Rahman.

In addition to leading ProLayers, Rahman co-chairs NAESCO’s Networking Subcommittee, supporting collaboration and industry engagement within the energy services sector.

ProLayers will also exhibit at Booth 319, featuring a live heat demonstration showcasing the performance of its architectural window films.
